Meet Tisse

Founder of How of Happy

Hi, friend! I’m Tisse (rhymes with “peace”).

As a child and young adult, I experienced anxiety and depression. I tried therapy, counseling, and antidepressants. Nothing seemed to work. After years of wanting more out of life, I was on the verge of suicide when a friend introduced me to a life coach. He taught me things about life no one else had before. After 6 months, my life had changed completely. It was then that I knew I wanted to help others in the same way.

For the next 18 years, I studied with thought leaders from around the world, developed my own methodology, and refined my coaching and teaching techniques.

And then, I created The How of Happy program. I designed this online happiness program to be accessible, effective, and engaging. The happy program is intentionally accessed online so you can participate virtually from anywhere (or from virtually anywhere!) and tried to make it as affordable as possible in order to reach as many people as possible.

If you suspect there must be more to life than what you’ve been living…There Is. Joy IS possible. I promise to help you discover your own kind of Happy.
